Mr. Goodman is the Executive Vice President of Reichmann International Development Corporation. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of IPC US REIT (TSX: IUR.UN) which was sold to Behringer Harvard in December 2007 for an aggregate value of US$1.4 billion. Mr. Goodman is a trustee of Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust and a director of Gazit America Inc., which are TSX-listed issuers, and a member of the Advisory Board of Vision Opportunity Fund, a limited partnership which invests in real estate securities. Mr. Goodman has also served as a Director and Senior Vice President of Olympia & York Developments Limited, Director of Campeau Corporation, Trilon Financial Corporation, Catellus Corporation, and Brinco Mining Ltd. Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.
